The East Holland Drug Crew is led by Clarence Little. The crew's only turf is a group of projects in East Holland. Clarence may be killed by Niko Bellic on orders from Francis McReary. They may be associated with North Holland Hustlers, though they operate on what is generally considered Spanish Lords turf.

The Uptown Riders are a predominantly African-American motorcycle gang based in North Holland that only ride imported sports bikes. They have an alliance with The Lost, despite the two gangs arguing over the types of motorcycles that they drive. The Uptown Riders also work for Elizabeta Torres. Malc (Malcolm) and DeSean are members of this gang, whom Johnny Klebitz works with in several missions after being introduced via Jim. It is not known whether the Uptown Riders are a motorcycle club or a street gang, a question that even Malc himself is unable to answer.
