Mary-Jo Cassidy is Phil Cassidy's obese second sister. She seems to be desperate for attention from anyone. She appears to have a crush on Vic, but this is not elaborated upon. She also seems to be envious of Louise since she manages to win Vic's attention, and is also upset that criminals kidnap Louise instead of herself in order to get to Vic, as she seems to desperatly want the attention and tries to convince herself that it will be her one day. She also goes on talking about how Armando wanted her because Latin men love women of her type. It is implied that she ends up taking care of Louise's baby daughter when Louise is killed.

Making his second, but short, appearance in Vice City Stories, Alberto Robina is the father of the Cuban (Los Cabrones) gang leader, Umberto Robina. His only appearance was in one of Umberto's missions "Papi, Don't Screech", where Victor had to pick up Alberto from a wrestling match in Downtown, and drive him back to Robina's Cafe, without being seen by the Cholo gang. It is revealed in this mission that Alberto has a heart condition.

짧지만 Vice City Stories에서 Alberto Robina는 Cuban Gang(Los Cabrones)의 두목인 Umberto Robina의 아버지로 나온다. 그는 Umberto Robina의 미션들 중 하나인 "Papi, Don't Screech"에서만 나오는데, 그 미션은 Victor가 Downtown의 레슬링 경기장에서 Alberto를 태워 Cholos에게 들키지 않고 Robina's Cafe로 돌아온다는 내용이다. 이 미션에서 Alberto는 심장병이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Janet Vance is the drug-addicted mother of the Vance brothers. Since she was not fit to be a parent, her children lived with their Aunt Enid. Janet appears in a cutscene with her boyfriend Javier swearing she would never take drugs again, only to end up stealing her sons' stash of cocaine. She is white American. Vic's father, as Vic mentions early in the game, came from the "DR"- the Dominican Republic and as such it is assumed he was dark skinned.

Janet Vance는 Vance 형제의 마약중독 증세가 있는 어머니이다. 그녀가 부모로서 적합하지 않은 이래로, 그녀의 아이들은 Enid 숙모에게서 자랐다. Janet은 그녀의 남자친구인 Javier가 그녀는 절대로 마약에 손대지 않겠다고 맹세하나 그녀 아들들의 코카인 비축물을 훔치는 것으로 끝나는 장면에서 나온다. 그녀는 백인 미국인이다. Vic이 게임 초반에 언급한 대로 Vic의 아버지는 "DR"-도미니카 공화국-에서 왔으며 흑인인 것으로 가정되었다.
