Mori Kibbutz is a fitness enthusiast, business entrepreneur and the older brother of Brucie Kibbutz. He believes that he is superior to all, including his brother, who he shames and bullies on a constant basis. Unlike his younger brother, Mori has significantly more defined muscle mass (which he claims he achieved naturally), owns more expensive property (which he makes a point of when asking Brucie how much he paid for his loft apartment) and claims to have genuine military experience, stating that he joined the Israeli military at the age of 18. Mori is a man of short stature, and Luis frequently calls him a "midget."

He is one of the many people who lent money to Gay Tony and believes he owns him. Luis Lopez is forced to work with Mori for some time and witnesses his harshness towards his younger brother, who Luis tries to defend. Eventually, after a car theft the trio commits, Luis encourages Brucie to stand up to Mori, who berates Brucie until he loses his temper and breaks his older brother's nose in a fit of rage, although afterwards he becomes extremely apologetic.

It is later suggested that this event brought Mori down a peg, as he is seen in the end credits sparring with Brucie in the Fight Club without being overly violent towards him.

It is revealed after the game is completed, Mori has found 'enlightenment' and moved to a real Kibbutz (lit. a traditional Jewish community in Israel, based around farming for self-sustenance), but through a phone call to Luis, reveals that he has subverted the commune-based ideal of the camp and seems to be running it for profit, so much as to deny food to an old man until he finishes working.

게임이 클리어된 후에, Mori가 '깨달음'을 얻고 진짜 키부츠(이스라엘의 유대교적인 공동체이며, 자급자족을 목표로 하는 농장에 기원했다)로 이주했다고 한다. 그러나 Luis와의 통화에서 캠프의 이상에 근거한 교감에 질렸다고 말하며, 일을 끝내기 전까지 어르신에게 음식을 거절할 정도로 그걸 이익을 위해 계속한 걸로 보인다.
