The Lost Motorcycle Club (TLMC), also known as The Lost Brotherhood, is an outlaw biker gang that was founded by eight US Marines serving in Vietnam in 1964 who all shared a passion for prostitutes, heroin and motorcycles. It is never mentioned how many chapters they have, but it is likely that they have only a handful throughout the northeastern United States. Most of their members do not wear bottom rockers. They are responsible for prostitution, drug dealing and arms trafficking throughout southern Alderny, where they have a clubhouse in Acter. They also sell guns in Bohan and run the security for the Honkers strip club, which is owned by the Mafia.

The club's President is Billy Gray, but due to him being in rehab for cocaine possession (of which he successfully claimed was for personal use) and heroin use, leadership was temporarily put in the hands of the Vice-President, Johnny Klebitz. Johnny holds the leadership for two months while Billy is in rehabilitation, and Johnny sees to it that there is a truce put into place with the Angels of Death, the sworn enemies of The Lost, realizing there is more money to be made in the lucrative Drug trafficking business than mindless violence against the AOD. Billy is eventually released from rehab, the conflicts between The Lost and Angels of Death once again are reignited over the AOD having possession of Billy's personal Revenant motorcycle, and eventually the death of recently patched enforcer for The Lost, Jason Michaels (which was actually the work of GTA IV protagonist Niko Bellic) The Lost appear in a few missions in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars as enemies.

Other key members of The Lost include Brian Jeremy, Jim Fitzgerald, Clay Simons, Terry Thorpe, and Angus Martin. In GTA IV: The Lost and Damned, it is revealed that after the arrest of Billy, The Lost was split in two with Billy's supporters and Johnny's supporters vieing for control of the group. The internal conflict resulted in the deaths of many members including Jim, Billy, and Brian, which forced The Lost Brotherhood broke up and that the four remaining members (Johnny, Clay, Terry and Angus) burned their clubhouse to the ground leaving the club defunct, and the fate of its surviving members unknown. Johnny vowing to sever all ties that he had with The Lost and help the family of his deceased friend, Jim. It is unknown what happened to the Broker chapter of the group.

The first GTA IV DLC expansion pack, The Lost and Damned, centers on the Lost and their Vice-President, Johnny Klebitz. They are based on the real life Outlaws MC.
